We never ask for 100% upfront. Payments are tied to real project milestones, so you only pay when you've seen and approved the work.

You sign off scope. We start design and dev setup. Work begins immediately.

Full build delivered to staging. You review and request any revisions. Payment released after approval.

Pricing FAQ
Do you charge hourly or per project?
Always per project. We scope the full deliverable upfront so you know exactly what you're paying for. No surprise invoices for "extra hours".
Are revision rounds included?
Yes — we agree the number of revision rounds in the scope document before we start. Typically 2 rounds are included; additional rounds are quoted separately.
What's the minimum project size?
Our minimum engagement is $250 USD. Smaller tasks like single-page HTML conversions or minor WordPress fixes fall in this bracket.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Yes. We offer monthly retainer arrangements for ongoing WordPress maintenance, updates, and small change requests. Rates start at $150/month depending on scope.
How do you handle scope changes?
Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted as a separate change order. We flag scope creep early — never at the end of the project where it hurts most.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (USD/CAD), Wise, PayPal, and bKash for Bangladeshi clients. Invoices are issued in USD unless otherwise agreed.
